The easiest way to submit your return is via our returns form button below. If you’re not too sure how to do it, you’re most welcome to give us a call at 1300 721 710, or we can talk you through it via our live chat (during business hours).
We treat our packaging like our CONNI products, so please ensure goods are in their original packaging unless discussed otherwise with our amazing Conni Customer Service team. Please also add your original order number, e.g. 123456, either on the parcel or inside the returning box. We recommend that you use a delivery method that can be tracked and or insured.
Please note that CONNI is not responsible for shipping costs or damage to returned items.
Conni accepts returns of unworn or unused merchandise returned in its’ original re-sellable condition within 7 days of purchase. If an item is damaged, lost or incorrectly delivered, claims must be made within 7 days from date of sale. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Due to health and safety concerns, Conni cannot accept returns of used items.
How to Return an Item
Submit the following request or call us at 03-5277 0536 or email, for a return authorization before returning your item to us. Items returned without a return authorization (RA) will not be accepted for processing.
Please carefully pack all items to be returned in their original packaging. Conni is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items.
Please be advised that packages sent by basic Australia Post cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. We recommend that you use a delivery method that can be tracked and or insured. Conni cannot provide credit for a return until we have received the returned item.
